Why You’ll Love These Cucumber Dill Roll-Ups

  • Perfect for game day and football watch parties

  • Vegitarian-friendly appetizer

  • Time-saving and easy to prep ahead of time

  • Refreshing and light (A nice balance to heavier snacks)

  • Made with soft, pliable, but sturdy 313 Urban Flour Tortilla Wraps that ensure rolling without tearing

These roll-ups stay together beautifully, slice cleanly, and hold their shape - making them ideal for party platters.

Ingredients

  • 313 Urban Flour Tortilla Wraps (10”)

  • 8oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 packet ranch seasoning

  • 1 cucumber

  • 1 pkg fresh dill

Directions

  1. Take out the cream cheese to soften. Wash the cucumber and fresh dill. (Make sure the dill is completely dry before using.)

  2. Slice the cucumber into thin circles. Cut off about 1-1.5 inches from the thinner end. (This portion will be too small for consistency.)

  3. Add the softened cream cheese and the entire packet of ranch seasoning to a bowl. Mix till fully combined.

  4. Lay one 313 Urban Flour Tortilla flat and spread a thin, even layer of the cream cheese mixture across the tortilla, leaving a small gap around the edges.

  5. Layer cucumber slices on top of the cream cheese mixture and sprinkle with fresh dill.

  6. Starting at one end, tightly roll the tortilla.

  7. Repeat Steps 4-6 until all ingredients are used.

  8. Place the rolled tortillas in an airtight container and refrigerate for a few hours. This allows the filling to set, making slicing easier.

  9. Once chilled, trim about 1-1½ inches of each end of the roll. The ends don’t contain enough filling for a proper roll-up. (They’re still delicious - enjoy the chef’s snack!) Slice into about 1-inch thick pieces. You should get roughly 5-6 roll-ups per tortilla.

  10. Arrange on a platter, serve, and enjoy!

Pro-Tips

  1. Using a mandolin is great for even, thin cucumber slices and saves time.

  2. Mixing the cream cheese and ranch packet can also be done with a hand mixer.
